How to Use Our Workout Timer

Click the Start button to begin your workout. The timer will automatically alternate between work and rest periods, keeping you focused on your exercise.

3. Track Your Progress

Monitor your current round, remaining time, and progress bar. The timer will clearly indicate whether you're in a work or rest period.
