Fitness Level Assessment

This assessment consists of three exercises performed in sequence:

  1. Push-ups: Maximum repetitions in 60 seconds
  2. Squats: Maximum repetitions in 60 seconds
  3. Plank: Hold for as long as possible (max 3 minutes)

After each exercise, you'll have a 15-second rest period to record your score. The assessment will automatically progress through each exercise.
