Thanks Will for the positive feedback 💫 This is the guy who inspired me to dig deeper into my energy reserves. When I first started out training clients in Central London, most gym patrons had a set way of doing things, not this guy! Will was that anomaly who would take on the most difficult and highly exhausting classes such as Insanity, Athletic Fitness, Circuits, Boxing and Spin in back2back succession with no little to no break between classes. When I saw this, I made a mental note to my Self that this was the type of mental fortitude that I needed to reach a whole new level. Thanks Will for teaching me to push past my physical limitations.
